Honestly I love pokegram. I watch multiple live streams, biggest fan of Nick, but I love the lives and watching the rips. You guys always do fantastic with shipping and keeping things timely when getting my cards. The packaging is also superb I’ve never had cards damaged in freight due to continued packaging that is perfect to keep cards secure dry and where they should be. My only concern is pricing. I know there isn’t much to be done as a business needs to make profit and it’s luck based with these or the tier system but some of the tiers seem and feel a little overpriced. If prices could come down on certain things for example black bolt and white flare, maybe I’m lucky but the hit rates feel high enough that prices could be lower and the stopper still occurs within the min, or the min could be raised. Again I know it’s a business so that may not be possible.

Great processing and shipping time! Packaging was pretty good. Could have been a bit better and more secure to help keep sealed product more mint. One of the booster boxes had a busted corner when I opened the package

Slightly disappointed just because I don't feel the value was there but thought the variety delivered was pretty cool. On the wall about ordering again. We'll see.

The case had a crack corner. Not the end of the world . Just mentioning for quality assurance. Doubt it was UPS. It was packed very well . Must have been damaged prior to purchase. Thanks
