Shipping subpar
Buying experience was smooth and easy. Shipping however was entirely botched. I ordered a case and they just shipped as is. Clearly stating it is a case of Pokemon TCG, giving thieves a clear opportunity. In addition, the product isn't properly protected. After spending over $600 you'd expect them to at least slap a box around the case.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we do apologize for not living up to your expectations, however we do offer double boxing for sealed cases if the customer asks for it, the price you paid was so far below retail, our margin doesn’t allow us to spend extra on shipping unless paid by the customer.
