I have tried multiple times to purchase the standard plan and live in Washington, DC. The form completes the state as DC and the city as Washington D.C. so Washington D.C., DC. My credit card will not recognize the address. I've tried on my phone and laptop, no luck. I've tried manually adjusting, no luck So, they've lost a customer and I'm on to a competitor.

Scammers
Their purpose is to scam you into a subscription by baiting you with low fares they don't show.

Point.me is worthless If you only have…
Point.me is worthless If you only have delta miles. They point you in the direction of other airlines which I don't have points for. Their Internet advertisement was false and misleading because Delta sky miles deals are so much better than this service. Very disappointed I wish I would have never paid the $100 or so that they charged.

Hi Albert,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear the experience hasn’t met your expectations.
point.me is designed to help travelers search across many different airline loyalty programs and transfer partners, which is why you may see results through airlines other than the one you currently hold miles with. The goal is to show all of the possible ways a flight could be booked with points, including partner programs that sometimes require fewer miles than booking directly through the operating airline.
I hope that clarifies things but if you have any additional questions, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

Terrible site
Terrible site. Basic does nothing you can do yourself, looking for flights. After finding out the site really doesn't help, it is impossible to cancel. They say it's easy, but when you follow their directions to cancel, the cancel button doesn't appear.

Search is very limited to a few programs and airlines.

Hi there,
Thanks so much for providing this feedback. Our point.me Search tool supports over 150 airlines, more than 30 airline loyalty programs, and all major U.S. credit card programs that allow for airline transfers.
If you're open to it, could you clarify which airline or loyalty program you were unable to find the flight through? If you’re able to share the route, date, and program you attempted to book with, I’d be happy to take a closer look and pass along any specific feedback to our team. You can send this information to [email protected].

Misleading & Useless!
I've been a paid member multiple times & have cancelled each time. Why? Because this site shows none existing flights. I'll type in my route, date & search. It'll show flight options. I'll pick an airline I have points with then then visit the airline's site & proceed to search for the same exact route & date. Airline then says such flight does not exist. I've even had airline's site give an error message saying they don't even fly such a route. Incase the flight is full I'll even try searching for days ahead for the same route. Same exact issue happens. This site makes up flights that do not actually pull up when visiting the supposed airline's own site.

Hi Sam,
Thank you for taking the time to share this and I'm so sorry to hear about your experience.
point.me searches partner award availability across many airline programs — we certainly don’t generate or make up flights, so there are a few things that may be going here. Sometimes a flight can appear because it’s technically available through a partner program rather than the airline you’re checking directly. In those cases, the seat may only be bookable through that specific partner program and won’t show up when searching the operating airline’s own website.
In addition to this, award availability is also extremely dynamic. Seats can disappear very quickly as other travelers book them, and occasionally an airline’s system may briefly show availability that later disappears or errors out when you attempt to book.
If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to take a look at a specific example (route, date, and airline you saw) and explain exactly what may have been happening there. You can send this information to [email protected].

Scam
Scam. Plain and simple. They make you pay up front to use their search, then it displays incorrect information. They don't have live chat which shows you how terrible their $120 poorly made site doesn't work. It just scrapes sites and displays them cached. Massive scam.

Poor performance compared to Skyview Pro
The simplest test of this service is to compare point.me to rivals. So, it was very disappointing to discover that skyview pro found much better alternative award flights every single time I compared their service to point.me. Point.me seems to be in a special relationship with American Express, Ironically, I found better deals for trips to Europe with roam.me that also made better use of my Amex Platinum points! Of course if you pick an annual plan they rip you off for a prorated refund when you discover that they are not so good. Moreover the suggested selections that they do provide are not easily completed with them, because they are trying to steer you into their $200 concierge service at every turn as well.

Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that point.me didn’t meet your expectations.
Our team is always working to improve search accuracy and coverage across over 150 airline programs, but we know different tools sometimes surface different results. We appreciate you highlighting where you saw gaps, it helps us improve.
Just to clarify: our partnership with American Express gives eligible Card Members access to a tailored version of point.me, but it doesn’t influence the results shown. And while we do offer a paid Concierge service for travelers who want more hands-on support, it’s completely optional, our core tools are self-serve by design.
We understand that it’s frustrating when something doesn’t feel like a fit. While prorated refunds aren’t part of our standard policy for annual plans, we do review cases individually and always aim to be fair.
If you'd be open to chatting further, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We'd love the chance to help.
