Professionalism and efficiency and value for the money are what I rate here. They very quickly found the flights we needed and walked us through how to transfer the points so we could get flights for a reasonable amount vs what we found online ourselves.

Really impressed with the whole operation. Very easy to navigate the site and get the best deals possible with all the point options. I used the help booking service and it was super helpful. Laura walked me through the entire process from transferring my points to purchasing the tickets. Great tool for finding award flight availability! This saved me so many points because the Chase and Amex portals wanted millions of points for one flight, but with this site I was able to find business class seats to Paris for 70k per person one way. We booked Premium economy on the way back for 50k each. I love the booking instructions that show you step by step how to book! Really excited to finally have figured out how to stretch my points for more trips!
