My daughter Absolutely loves her gift!! We are very pleased!!

Terrible product. Not at all as pictured on website. Flimsy junk. If this were in a store, no one would even pick it up to look at it. It’s like a free gift that a department stores hands out to the first 50 customers.

Ordered an ornament for my son for Christmas on November 27th. 3 weeks later and I still never received it. Contacted the company. They gave me tracking info. Says the package shipped but no update on it for 3 weeks. Contacted them again 2 weeks later since I still never received it. The tracking info now showed delivered but was never actually delivered. Asked for a refund and they refused. Will never order from them again!

I ordered a small Christmas sweater in November, I did not receive the package until January. I ordered a small and it looks like it would fit an XLarge person. It was supposed to be a sweater and I don't know what the material is but it is cheap. They don't do returns and because their size chart matches the shirt they will not give me a refund. I will never order from this site again. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. Do not order from them if you want quality merchandise.
