The reason for the 3 stars is because of the custom service. They were great, helpful, and they were quick with their responses. However, my review is lacking 2 stars because the product was not to my expectations. It was extremely cheap material and the image provided of the product was very deceiving. I would refrain from purchasing clothing from here.

My experience was okay. The last two adjustments were not made on my order. I was told they were and it was shipped as is. I should have received a proof acceptance in my email as a final sign off on art. Also it is an iron on transfer, not specified when ordering.

I ordered my blanket on Sep 14 for my sister ‘s birthday on Sep 21. Thinking a week would be enough time to receive and send to her. But that was Amazon thinking and I was wrong. The blanket finally showed up on October 4 looking really nice - but two weeks late for my sisters birthday. A suggestion would be to inform people the ETA of their product PRIOR to them purchasing it!

Although an attractive piece, the quality is not what we were expecting for the amount of money spent. Not a heavy gauge metal. Time will tell how long it lasts.

As I recall, the freight charge and production delay before shipping are not disclosed early in the order process. Both of these are significant to know up front and not in a sneaky way late in ordering.

Update: Pofily did send the correct art after our first review. A corner was bent in the shipping process. We will try to heat and straighten. Now that we received it I wish there had been different fonts available because this font looks too western cowboy. We did get what we ordered and the quality is good. We ordered metal art. They were prompt in sending the wrong item. I contacted them and they replied and said they would replace the item with the correct one and would let us know what to do with the wrong item when they figured out who it belonged to. I have contacted them twice since, but they have gone silent. our order was over 300.00, but regardless of price they should honor what was ordered.

Hi Kerry Bryan, Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on June 28 and we sent a shipping notification with a tracking number to your email on June 29. We're sorry to hear that the email didn't get to you, maybe it was filtered to the spam folder. Thank you for letting us know about the confusing customize feature.
