You have never sent me my product, won’t reply to my inquiries, and won’t refund me

First of all it took a long time to ship...And I messaged them, and it took days to answer my message, then they finally put it in ship mode, and it didn't even ship...gave me tracking number but my item didn't ship..it was past five days in ship mode, so I told them to cancel it..days later get a message saying they wouldn't cancel it..I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING from here again..NEVER

I am very disappointed with my order - it is wrong and I cannot get anyone to answer my emails - I even left a message on the website- no phone number to call and now I’m out $75 - this was a gift so now I have to get something else. No customer service whatsoever.

Your picture of the throw is very deceiving. I guess I’m just out of $41.00 because this is not worth the money for me to send back. One live and learn whom to order from.

One of the names on my sweatshirt is missing a letter, I contacted customer service 3 days ago and never heard anything back.

It was very hard to get a hold of y’all. Never received my package. I sent out so many emails and was barely responding. Waiting almost 3 week just for y’all to tell me I wasn’t getting it.

I have been trying to get the sign replaced, as it arrived broken. At first they said send photos so we can see the damage and replace. Now they want the original packaging, which I did not save. The damage is clearly visible. It was broken at the top in the middle. I used them previously, for a smaller sign, with no issues. Avoid the 24x36 signs...

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. First, what is in the picture isn’t what we got, and second, when I tried to contact the seller, I’ve had nothing but crickets. Waste of money, waste of time. Horrible.
