This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. First, what is in the picture isn’t what we got, and second, when I tried to contact the seller, I’ve had nothing but crickets. Waste of money, waste of time. Horrible.

It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, the blanket did not appear new, and slightly "thread-bare". Plus, the blanket was Not encased in a plastic protective pouch, only in the white mailing shipping plastic envelope. This was a birthday gift, and if it had been raining or snowing, the item would probably ended up wet or further damaged.

I got this for my daughters mother in law and she loved it! She is a hard person to buy for and it was perfect for her! The fabric quality and printing were fantastic! The gift arrived on time!

I bought a gift for my wife that arrived damaged and is totally not what was described on the site. Pofily has not responded to any of my emails and is not honoring their return or refund policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! This company should be flagged and shut down for stealing from people and false advertising.

We made a purchase near December 3 2022. The order was incorrect, and they said they would replace the item. A Christmas gift - Custom doormat. And Then - wa-la! - they contacted me by email, corrected the order shipped the new item and all is good. Thank you Pofily for making us happy and right.
