PodiumReviews of podium.com

Podium has made our communication with our clients so easy and SO VALUABLE! Every single review we get for our business usually mentions how good our communication was throughout the process, and we owe that to Podium. The team is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. Would totally recommend! -Dallin Z

Very happy with podium!

We had multiple problems with Podium. Finally their service representative in Utah finally told us that they have major issues with the Android platform. They would want me to do all their work for them and report back to them. That's NOT what I was paying for. There solution was for me to get an apple phone! Maybe we get the problem solved and tell your customers up front what problems they are having.

The podium team has one of the best customer service teams I've ever experienced. They are great at holding your hand not only from the on-boarding but respond quickly to active customers. They do not make you comb through some knowledge base but get you connected with a human. Our CSM Gabe is great, we love working with him and everyone else we've met at Podium

Podium is the best communication, lead management and review request platform we’ve ever used. Our customers love using it as much as our employees. It makes our business operations immensely efficient. Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo uses Podium phones and the integrated texting system and we couldn’t imagine being without it now. We save countless hours every week with the ability to track and read all communications with customers; no more asking other employees what a customer said. We just read the phone transcript and text messages. The ability to instantly respond to a customer any time of day allows us to capture the business before a prospect moves on to a competitor. We saw immediately increases in revenue when we adopted Podium. We highly recommend using both the phone and texting features because they amplify the benefits of all the features. If you are serious about increasing your revenue, get Podium. We couldn’t be happier with the countless features.

Podium elevated our business in ways I could not have predicted. The organized communication by customer improved our accuracy, increased conversion, and made asking for reviews a breeze. The recorded communication allows us to refer back to exact details. Easy to do pre-appointment outreach for a competitive sales edge. Once the sale is made, the review request is non-offensive and often results in one immediately. Customer data feeds directly into our appointment system which saves so much time and ensures accuracy. I don’t know how we could do without Podium now!

Podium is a feature rich service which can be overwhelming for the casual users to use. There support is really good if you need answers or assistance but can be pricy if you only use a few features. For a business that uses all the great features I think it is a great service. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because for our business we only use a few of the features it offers and like I said it is overwhelming when there are so many other things to do when running a small business.

We are 2 weeks in to integrating Podium into our business and all users are over the moon in the amazing results we have seen in such a short period. Flawless integration, great support and we are learning more each day
