Dr. Moises Arriaga is amazing physician. He and his staff were excellent with my child and was able to restore her ability to hear. He is top of his field and is always dedicated to do what is best for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Arriaga to anyone having any type of ear issues.

Here at The Tour Guy, we've been using Podium since Late 2019. We've been happy with the messaging capabilities, features, and flexibility for both us and our customers. It's great for getting in touch with customers and easy to use for all our agents. I like that there seem to always be new features coming. Would highly recommend for a text chat feature and scales well no matter the size of the team.

Business Office Outfitters – Javier Castro My experience with Podium is 9/10. While the platform offers useful tools for customer engagement and has great technology, I found it to be quite expensive, and the credit card processing fees have increased significantly, making it harder to justify the cost of continuing to use their card readers. Their customer service is excellent, the live chat feature still generates traffic, replying to reviews is easy, and the system is very user-friendly. However, they need to improve how they handle the payment process — we used to process $3–4 million a year with them, but ultimately had to find another card reader provider. I recommend Podium if you want to increase engagement, improve customer service, and build a pipeline of prospects. They also offer multiple marketing tools, such as texting campaigns, that can be very beneficial.
