I love how podium sends reviews for our business and has some integrations. I love that we can text now. I dont love there phone program and the lack of options you have for smaller offices as in needing a call queue. We have mentioned this in every phone call iv had with them. I also dont like that you are not easily able to change your voice recordings because they have to be a certain file type. Other services I have used had it where it called your phone you recorded and it saved as the correct file type.

Podium helped us get way better reviews! There are tons of features that we haven't even tapped into, but Podium's support has always been great. Our business is definitely better off for having the platform.

Easy to navigate. Great customer service

Podium is great for small to medium sized businesses. It keeps our conversations with customers on both phone calls and text messages in one place without the difficulty of trying to find past conversations. It is very easy to reassign conversations to the employee best suited to handle it. It allows for notification to an employee when a new conversation is assigned. It also is great for putting in follow up notes and tagging a specific employee. Perfect for us!

We love having all of our business communications funneled into one easy to use platform. Also, the review feature is super easy for or customers to provide feedback on how we're doing.

We had 3 Google reviews before starting with Podium. We now have 237 with a 4.9 rating. We also utilize the credit card processing and the percentage cannot be beat!

I have used Podium for around a decade now and whenever we have issues customer service is on top of getting our business back up and running.
