I am William Molina, the owner of Koolpro Air conditioning Houston. Initially, I was hesitant about using Podium. However, what ultimately drew me to try it was the AI answering integration. It significantly improved our customer communication, bill collection, reviews, and freed up time from answering bots, thereby enhancing our efficiency and productivity.

The system is easy to use but we have had some issues. Bulk messaging takes forever to upload a csv and then occasionally fails to send the message with no indication as to why. Our team does not like the fact that we have to assign the conversation to ourselves when sending messages. It would be nice to have the person who sent the last message assigned to the thread since they would most likely need to be notified of a response.

We love Podium because it enables multiple team members to answer calls directly from their cell phones, making it easy to stay connected and responsive. The call transfer feature is especially helpful when customers need to speak with a specific person. We also plan to start using the bulk messaging feature to communicate more efficiently with our customers. Another major benefit has been the significant increase in our Google reviews—likely by more than 1,000%. Our customers appreciate the convenience of being able to text us and send photos, which has made communication faster and more effective for everyone.

Podium is great.....when it works. When it doesn't, trying to get someone to fix what's wrong is nearly impossible. Our automated review requests are down for the second time this year with the first time being for about a month and the second time going on a month with no end yet in site. It works great for requesting customer payments but keep in mind rates are higher than your regular credit card company's. It also works great for communication back and forth with customers. HOWEVER, the main reason we got Podium was for AUTOMATED REVIEW REQUESTS,
