PodiaReviews of podia.com

Podia is one of the worst training hosts out there. Overnight, without any reason, you can lose access to your account, as well as all of your email databases, sales page. They don't even respond to multiple chat requests. They have no explanation, I must have lost thousands of euros because of their incompetence. I do not recommend.

I should have checked Trustpilot before starting with Podia. After 1 year of having my site online, the site could not be found by Google. When I typed in the URL mane without.com, Google could not find anything that would match. The second year my site was completely done and SEO was done also. Still, Google could not find my site. I literally search every page that Google gave me, nothing! To try to get my site known to the world wide web, I started working on a Google ad. In that process, you can let the ad-building program look at your website to get the best keywords to use. When I did that, only keywords came up that had voice coaching and singing lessons in them, while I have a drumming business!! CS did not help at all and only avoided all the issues I stated and gave evidence for. I started looking for a better alternative that day.

They blame the sellers that pay them for Website issues I made a purchase through them I was charged for said product, never got the product I paid for. When contacting them they says it's not their problem that the seller has to fix Podias failure??? How does that work? It's like going from into a physical store and the cashier takes your money but doesn't give you what you paid for then tells you to contact the company that paid them to sell the product and handle the money to get a refund??? No it doesn't work that way never has never will. And yes I have proof my card was charged, I did get into contact with the seller he never received any money his Podia account says the transaction didn't go through? Yet I have to pay my credit card for said purchase???

Very helpful article, I once tried Podia but I'm not happy with it that's why i switched to Vonza, because they got a complete set of marketing tools that is very helpful for my business

Long story short they deleted over 300 (All) of my subscriber accounts overnight without notice then offered no recourse. I couldn't even email the customers to let them know what had happened because everything was deleted. Then after a horrible customer service experience I find out one month later they're still charging my customers despite the fact I completely terminated my account. It then took weeks (not days) to find the problem and correct it. After disputed charges and fees I'm out hundreds of dollars and countless hours of work. Platform may work for some but be weary of their free trial features and do not expect anyone to help you should anything go wrong.

We just began using Podia about a month ago and it has been A NIGHTMARE!!! So many problems I can't list them all - with our members logging in, paying, etc. We've spent SO MUCH TIME creating workarounds due to their shoddy coding and lack of testing. We've been their guinea pigs. And the customer service? Unresponsive to all of our problems and requests. The only reason we're still using them is that we don't have the time to figure out a new platform and switch all our content over. It's really awful. STAY AWAY!!!
