They Just Blocked my website and my business over a weekend!!!! They have not even sent me an email - I found out on Sunday from my angry customers - who could not access the products they paid for!!! After almost a year using podia for my courses and coaching, after me paying a whole year n advance!!!! and on top of that I could not unblock it by my own verification - as I was blocked for MANUAL REVIEW!!!!!! So noone is responding to me - I have to hope and pray they will GET BACK WHEN THEY HAVE TIME!!!!!! Think 5 times before you join

Their customer service is so slow and not very helpful. I was charged on my transaction while having the shaker plan. Scammer. I don’t recommend and I’ve been with them for 2 years.

Garbage site. PODIA DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH GOOGLE ADS AT ALL They allow basic analytics for web traffic, but they ACTIVELY BLOCK Google Tags Podia is a worthless overpriced useless scam to get you to PAY for ZAPIER

Just signed up and this has been an eye opener. "Support" is terrible; there is none. Programmes listed are available to clients despite having clear dates for release - others don't get emailed at all. A new business with online courses and we've been left high and dry with this platfrom. Poor all round.

Podia is truly one of the worst platforms I have ever worked with! It is horrible in the functionality is seriously lacking! If you are expecting to build a website where you have products, customers, customer, and receive payment, do not count on Podia! It interfaces with stripe, and they will always blame stripe and have you going around and around in circles trying to resolve what is their problem. They point the finger and all of the platforms that they in our face with. Support team is seriously lacking! I have found them to be completely ignorant, and some regards with podia, and system flies in general. Save yourself the hassle and spend the money and go elsewhere!

Terrible. Please save yourself the hassle. False advertising, tech issues, and a very limited platform will cost you SO much money in the long run. They change things on the fly the violate what they initially promise. This is NOT a scalable platform at all. There are way better platforms out there such as LearnWorlds.

The system and customer support is horrible. Customer support is slow, and almost never have a clear answer when asked about bugs. they first blame you and then apologize when they see they are wrong. Bugs all over the backend, nothing works as expected, very poor and low converting user interface on checkout and classes, very little ability to actually market anything with their systems because they are lacking of features. Simple JUNK, don't waste your time. i pray for the day i will move away from them to another system.

J'ai récemment acheté une "formation" à une personne qui l'avait fait héberger sur le site de PODIA. Très déçu du contenu de la formation, je contacte la personne en question qui refuse tout remboursement, car produit digital. Je lui explique que les conditions d'annulations n'étaient pas explicitement stipulées, mais refuse de rembourser. Sur le site de PODIA, il est impossible de laisser une note afin de prévenir les futurs acheteurs, je contacte donc PODIA qui héberge les "formations" de cette personne (PODIA n'est pas responsable du contenu, on est d'accord). Mais, lorsqu'il y a un soucis ente un clients extérieur (moi) et un de leur clients (la personne qui vend la "formation"), j'estime que PODIA doit faire office de médiateur. Tout ce que j'ai eu comme réponse de leur part, c'est de contacter la personne et que si elle ne veut pas, d'aller voir un avocat. On tombe sur la tête, donc cette plate-forme n'est responsable de rien !? Alors que j'ai donné des preuves et des captures d'écran de la "formatrice" qui m'écrit avoir changé les closes d'annulations et de remboursement après mes messages. On tombe sur la tête.
