Excellent service on time delivery and good quality
I had earlier some concerns about my return inquiry response. However, after talking to Ben, those concerns have been fully addressed. I have been so far very happy with the promised delivery time, quality of product and inquiry for clarifications. I picked this company after an extensive Google search. I was looking for a 26inch pocket door which could be delivered on time and with good quality. Pocket Door Superstore was just about the only company that had so many customizable options (eg. lots of width options including the 26inch I was looking for). It also had the soft close option I really liked. So, I ended up picking this company, and I am pleased with the selection. I also had ordered the privacy lock which is of a very good quality, but had to return it as I was looking for a black finish that matches the rest of the black fixtures in my bathroom. One suggestion to the company is to offer more color finishes for the privacy lock as their products will be used in high end bath room remodeling projects. Overall, I recommend this company for anyone looking for quality customizable pocket doors.
