Pochy JewelryReviews of pochyjewelry.com

First time shooping with pochy jewelry and I gotta say it has been a pretty good experience, will one day shop again when looking to add a new piece to add to the collection! Thank you!

These guys know how to make Cuban links. The filing is amazing and the links are super tight. I highly recommend them! Customer service is on point too!

Solid chain and solid business . Very transparent on time frame and I had a shipping issue and pochy handled it . My 6mm 24 inch Cuban link chain in 14k has a perfect polish and file . Will be upgrading this soon!

I initially made my order on May 26th and received my order on June 25th, which was not in the timeframe of the 1-2 weeks. When I first inquired about the bracelet through email I asked about the ability for it to be made at 7.25 length which they said they could as well as add the logo engraving. I also questioned about the ability and cost of rhodium plating the bracelet. The one thing that was not conveyed to me was the fact that it is a multi day process. Even if they would've informed me of that I probably would've still continued to have it rhodium plated. However the process took a lot longer because they caught some mistakes after the rhodium plating that they needed to go back and fix. As disappointing as the time frame was the meticulous Craftsmanship made up for it and made the extra wait worth while. I am very happy with the level of detail, the tight links, the polish, and the fit. I ordered a 7mm and it came out to 8mm. I couldn't be more pleased with my bracelet and I will definitely continue to do business with Pochy. I have a bracelet from Goldzenn as well and the biggest difference is the customer service. Goldzenn sent finished product photos before they sent out my bracelet and the sales rep kept me updated throughout the whole process. If Pochy could do something different I'd like to see them be more accurate with the timeline (even if longer than expected) and to send finish product photos. Overall I am pleased with my cuban link. Thank you Pochy Jewelry!

The ETA was on point. The quality of both the necklace and bracelet met expectations. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Got a beautiful 3mm Cuban link machine made for my girlfriend it’s really good quality and she loves it they shipped super fast and came in a nice box

I ordered a men’s cuban bracelet from them. Absolutely love the quality. Never been happier with a piece of jewelry. I showed it to a friend jeweler and he was impressed. I highly recommend this business. My experience and product I received shows how much they care about quality and craftsmanship. Anyone whom buys a chain from them will be proud to show it off. Thank you to the Goldsmiths that handcrafted my bracelet. I cherish and wear proudly. I am happy to have the Pochy logo on the inside of the lock box. It makes the piece even more special. Im proud of my Pochy Cuban bracelet. Thank you again!
