Initial experience was decent. Great communication. Very responsive. Placed my order and was told 1-2 weeks to receive my piece. No problem. At the 1 week mark, got an email that my order was in production. Over a week later, I received an email regarding a design that was being engraved. It was discussed that it would be shipped out that Thursday. I asked that it be held until the following Monday, and they said that wouldn’t be an issue. Monday came and went, no tracking. I emailed a couple times, and radio silence for nearly a week. The following Monday I got an email stating that it was being finished and should ship out within the next day or so. This is nearly 2 weeks after I was told that it was done and would be engraved. After nearly a week of no reply, I informed them that if I didn’t get a reply by Monday, I would be disputing the charge since I genuinely did not know if I’d receive the piece. It wasn’t until I mentioned disputing the charge that I got a reply. Received the piece, and the sides were very rough and it has a very noticeable mark across the face of the links. Had to go to another jeweler to be polished and reworked to make it wearable. Within a week, the box lock no longer stays closed. Needs a simple adjustment, but having 7-8 other Miami Cubans with box locks, some dating back 20+ years, none have lost spring tension within a week. The only reason for the 3 stars, rather than 1, is because the structure of the bracelet and the link spacing/fitment is great. The price was also really solid. But the lack of communication after the invoice was paid, and the defects on the piece after waiting nearly double the quoted time, kinda killed it for me. I don’t doubt that they do great work, but this one fell WAY short on the details. Hope they continue to grow and work on these shortcomings.
