Dear Pochy Team, since you never would gave me a name, strangers selling gold on the internet. I was a victim of Piece Of CHYt jewelry. i bought my first 18k gold bracelet and necklace set a 6mm 21".& 7mm 7.75". It first arrived both pieces just thrown in one box. At least the box had lights in it! They never hung straight. Sometimes the links would kink. Btw on the male end of the bracelets box lock there was a hole. i could tell the team didn't want to help me. I sent it back for repair. also I sent my chain with it to add a sleek lock. i sent both back in the light up gift box, when i got them back. They came ina box with no lights. they thought I wouldn't notice. My bracelet weighed .5 less! I begged for a refund credit and after a week they gave it to me $61. recently I sent back the set to have them make a 100 gram advertised weight 12mm 18k 7.7.5" bracelet. I took some tools and cut off the sleek lock and box lock and kept one link and sent in the remaining chain links which weighed 100.3 grams. i paid the labor fee for the so called free upgrade in advance as a returning loyal customer. They messaged me once they received the gold links and said have you ever got your gold tested It's only 17k? I said I didn't need to get it tested you never gave me a metal analysis report paper and I trusted you and bought this from your Pochy team. i told them to stop production and refund my money please. they said no refunds dumb gold guarantee. They said we don’t test all gold that we sell since and you bought it on Shopify and not PayPal we knew you could never open up a claim or dispute. They are making feel really stupid. They are punishing me for being a customer the person who keeps their business alive. They are not taking any accountability. They told me they have no report of the gold being tested before they sent it to me. Maybe I could of gotten 19k if I was lucky but since I spent so much money they figure let's scam this sucker and give him 17k. I have bought from Daniel's Garcia Gus villa Miami links. Warning stay away from Pochy. They pimp you rape you and molest you for your hard earned money. They lie and steal. Where’s my photos of the xray before you sent me my pieces? How come you don’t send metal analysis reports to everyone who spends thousand’s of dollars? I believe the other reviews are fake! They deleted my reviews off of their website! This is the ultimate scam! No refunds and no accountability. It’s a win win for them. Fraud alert shady business. You can resell my 17k gold to someone else. Just give me my money back! You have the gold now in your shop! This is illegal what your doing to customers! Tony Lim

Love my 24 inch 6mm Cuban. Turned out great very happy with my purchase.

Initial experience was decent. Great communication. Very responsive. Placed my order and was told 1-2 weeks to receive my piece. No problem. At the 1 week mark, got an email that my order was in production. Over a week later, I received an email regarding a design that was being engraved. It was discussed that it would be shipped out that Thursday. I asked that it be held until the following Monday, and they said that wouldn’t be an issue. Monday came and went, no tracking. I emailed a couple times, and radio silence for nearly a week. The following Monday I got an email stating that it was being finished and should ship out within the next day or so. This is nearly 2 weeks after I was told that it was done and would be engraved. After nearly a week of no reply, I informed them that if I didn’t get a reply by Monday, I would be disputing the charge since I genuinely did not know if I’d receive the piece. It wasn’t until I mentioned disputing the charge that I got a reply. Received the piece, and the sides were very rough and it has a very noticeable mark across the face of the links. Had to go to another jeweler to be polished and reworked to make it wearable. Within a week, the box lock no longer stays closed. Needs a simple adjustment, but having 7-8 other Miami Cubans with box locks, some dating back 20+ years, none have lost spring tension within a week. The only reason for the 3 stars, rather than 1, is because the structure of the bracelet and the link spacing/fitment is great. The price was also really solid. But the lack of communication after the invoice was paid, and the defects on the piece after waiting nearly double the quoted time, kinda killed it for me. I don’t doubt that they do great work, but this one fell WAY short on the details. Hope they continue to grow and work on these shortcomings.

Very poor craftsmanship on both the handmade cuban necklace and bracelet i recieved. Necklace is damaged to the point it cant be worn,a link is almost completely torn in half just hanging on by a thread. And bracelet has inconsistent link size and shapes,cuts and gouges on many links,and a poor polish job. Company not responding. Been over 1 week since my complaint on day of delivery. Good prices are too good to be true.
