I ordered 4 bags on July 11
I ordered 4 bags on July 11. I then found these reviews after I ordered them. I immediately sent in a request through their website to cancel my order. This was less than an hour later. I sent in my request before I received my confirmation email. 3 days later on July 14, they emailed me back saying my request was being denied because it was past 12 hours. In the email was my cancellation request, (which I did through the website instead of through my email), it was dated 12 hours later than when I sent it in. I only know this for sure, because the title of the email they sent me, was "Customer Message on July 11 at 5:37 PM", but my cancellation request that was attached was dated as "July 12 at 5:37 AM" (exactly 12 hours later). The whole website is a scam. I am currently emailing them back and forth to cancel my order and get my money back, as it is not my fault that they waited 3 days to email me back.
