I had to give them a star to write a review, but I would have given them a minus ZERO!! This company is a JOKE! And “Hazel” needs an ass whooping for all of her lies. I ordered a coat in November of 2020 and have yet to receive it. Was told over and over that it will be resent or money will be reimbursed and neither happened. I hope they get what they deserve for the fraud they commit on innocent people. This is no better than embezzling from a company!!!! I used to get responses but don’t anymore.

NEVER EVER purchase an item from this company! I made an error and purchased a bag twice. I’ve been in contact with the company in order to ship the item back, but they advise to send it back to China which will cost me more money than I paid for the bag! Let’s get the word out folks —- trust me this company does not practice correct policies and could NOT care about their customers!! DO NOT SUPPORT this company... Get the word out folks to the Better Business Bureau!!

Never ever buy from The Poaba Collection (that’s the name of the website of the seller of Poaba Anti Theft Bag). I saw the ad on Instagram. I guess I was very unlucky at that time because I really wanted an anti theft bag with a colorful design. I was not very critical at thinking that apparently the seller is not from the US nor any countries nearby. So, I ordered the bag around the end of June 2020. The bag was supposed to come at least around the end of July. However, the bag NEVER comes. The shipping tracker DIDN’T WORK. I email the customer service, they said it’s because of COVID that every shipment is delayed. I understand. I wait until August 2020 and the bag still NEVER COME. I email them back and mid September, the seller said they resend my bag. Now, 4 weeks after that, the bag still NOT COMING. So, I email them asking where my bag is, which they said that they have resent it. I don’t know if they will reply or not. But, this review is to let you know to be CAREFUL of this seller and ads about Poaba Anti Theft Bag. These are the company names that are written under every email correspondence I did with the customer service: 1. The first few email were coming from ZEUS HOLDING GROUP 2. The most recent email were coming from ALJB HOLDINGS These two companies are the one who take care of this POABA COLLECTION. The customer service says they are small business. Not sure if that’s true seeing the name of the holdings of the seller. In any case, the customer service is very bad. They do not respond quickly. They keep giving you hope that the bag will come and using COVID as a reason. Problem is, I do not only order things from this company during COVID. Other small business is handling things better. They quickly refund my money after a month late of shipment. I don’t ask them and they automatically refund my money. It was even only a $10 order of gift tapes. But, this POABA BAG that costs me $29.90 never even refunds me. They keep asking my address and name. Although, I have told them my ORDER NUMBER, but they ask me twice. As if they don’t have documentation or files about my order. Please be careful. I did a research about this seller and the companies as written in their email. They seem to be businesses from CHINA. I’m not anti China. But the problem is, you have to be CAREFUL. I see that in Instagram and Amazon, there are a lot of Chinese sellers. In Amazon, they seem to be more reliable. They send the items and the customer service is better. Also, buying in Amazon is safer because we can see the ratings and reviews and see how responsive the customer service of the sellers. But, be CAREFUL because Instagram now becomes a hybrid. It allows sell and buy. Problem with that? You got ads from sellers from all over the world. You have no idea who they are. Often, these sellers put ads on Instagram because it’s cheap and so easy to have an ad. After they got buyer, they are so hard to be contacted. Especially, Chinese sellers. For example, I left a comment on a Business Account at Instagram that sells iPhone Case. I asked where they ship from. They never respond. Apparently, after researching further, I found out this seller is shipping from China. Again, this is not about Anti China. This is about telling you to be careful because many CHINESE SELLERS are not very accountable in their business and customer service. You would buy a thing in ONE CLICK and the thing never arrives or you would receive the item months and months after. The item is also not as good as the images they have. The worst? You CANNOT do anything because you order from China. It’s very hard to take care of the return, the customer service is also not as good as US, or Canadian, or European sellers. So, beware. However, I don’t say that other Chinese sellers are like this. There are far better sellers with better management than this one. UPDATE: I asked for a refund and this POABA BAG COLLECTION Doesn’t want to refund. They say they have resent the bag. They said very complicated reasons about my address. But my address has never been a problem. I’ve been buying things online and they always arrive!!!

Took forever to arrive. Anyway, ended up paying $50 AUD including shipping. To pay $50 for a cheaply made bag is not worth it. It looks cheap. I could have gotten a better quality bags and cheaper at Colette or even Zara. In less than 2 weeks of using the bag, the zip came off. The bag I bought from sportsgirl which costed me $49 still lasts !! Never again. Stick with Zara or other branded bags. Don’t go for this unknown brand!

This company is absolutely awful. I ordered around March and didn’t receive until July. Not to mention when I tried to contact customer service about the location of my bag throughout these months they were no help at all. Should have read all these awful reviews and ratings first. Now that I have to bag I wore it one time it’s so cheap the strap snapped right off and tore. Awful quality, awful company, awful EVERYTHING!

Do not buy! They are scamming you! I purchased a bag pack it finally arrived and it’s terrible, looks like it came straight from a sweatshop, handles are an even and overall just really cheaply made. I emailed to get a refund and they told me I’ll receive a partial refund -like I’m not negotiating with you I’m asking for a full refund this is ridiculous! Now I know to always research a product bf making a purchase!
