This company is located in the Netherlands so it can take up to 2 months or longer to receive your order if you are in the U.S.A. I ordered mine May 5th and received it July 23rd. Customer service responded right away when I emailed regarding my order. The bag is a decent quality and has a small compartment interior. I ordered it because I liked the colorful exterior. It’s definitely waterproof which is nice.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered on July 14. You can't cancel your order unless its the first 12 hours after you bought it. And it's also on Amazon where they give you a tracking number 🤦🏾‍♀🤦🏾‍♀🤦🏾‍♀ I'm still waiting for it, but I'm pretty sure they aren't going to send it. They can keep my money though. Don't be like me!!

I ordered my bag on May 26
I ordered my bag on May 26. I didn't receive it until last week, mid July. I was concerned about being scammed based on the length of time and these reviews. I was concerned because customer service support is through email only. And they don't give a tracking number for you to track your order. I'm happy and satisfied. I have my bag in great condition!

Ordered this bag in April
Ordered this bag in April. Still haven't received it. After a text was sent with tracking info, I checked daily for updates. It says the bag was delivered but to an address other than the address I used fir shipping. This is a scam. Do not purchase.

Not worth even the sale price.
Well, it serves me right. I should have read the reviews. The bag is very disappointing. The colors are nice, but there is no top access so the space for belongings is actually quite small. You only have a front pouch and two side pockets. The straps are also very cheaply made. Save your money....even at the sale price, it is not worth it. I understand the company is going out of business. Not surprised.
