My mother had her home insured by…
My mother had her home insured by Plymouth Rock She had 2 leaking pipes in her kitchen and pantry this past winter and resultant water damage. They informed me as my 100th year old mother's representative, that 2 claims would.need to be filed, which I did.Work completed 6 months later by BluSky (another issue).Plymouthrock sent a letter couple.weeks ago of cancelation re: filing 2 claims in 1 year.They are grimey to cancel my mom's policy as two claims.were filed at their advice. We are still jumping through hoops to get reimbursement of the depreciation of a measly, $266. They did charge 2 $2500 deductibles. They at the end of the day, they were charging my mother $5400 annually for coverage.I have gotten her an alternative insurance provider with greater coverage, but the cost is $3200 annually. Plymouthrock has been hustling my elderly mom for years but have the audacity to cancel her ( the 1st claim ever with them)Make this greater than $2200 amount make sense.This company is grimey hustlers and basically robbing folks. Sad sad sad on Them!!
