My experience with Plymouth Rock Assurance has been very positive overall. The customer service team was responsive, patient, and clear in their explanations, which made the process much easier to navigate. I especially appreciated how quickly my questions were addressed and how straightforward the policy information was. There is still some room for improvement in streamlining certain steps, but the overall service was reliable and reassuring.
