Completely horrible experience. I was in an accident where the other driver was found at fault 100%. Plymouth Rock appraiser supplied a less than accurate appraisal at less than half the amount of damage than what was determined by the repair shop. Appraiser does not answer their phone. Adjuster stopped answering as well. It’s been a month now and I’m still unable to make an appointment with the repair shop because the appraiser will not update the appraisal to align with the estimate. The appraisal is current over 3k less than the estimate and I’ve been fighting with my own insurance company for a month now. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.

Great insurance and great rates. After just automatically renewing policy with another company I've had for years, I finally decided to look at different rates. Plymouth Rock was recommended by a family member and figured there was nothing to lose in obtaining a quote. The process was quick and easy and in the end saved over $60 a month, which adds up over the course of a year. I wish I had investigated/shopped around sooner with them. Never a problem with billing or customer service. Applied online and an actual agent in local area followed up afterwards to see if I had any questions. He was not pushy, just offering any help.
