This is such a good gadget to have in ur life if u have facial hair u need to remove , im pretty happy with my purchase , specially after so long looking for the right hair removal gadget , i got my mum into it aswell. So she will be buying her own shortly

Easy to use, did a good job. Virtually painless. Waiting to see how regrowth is.

It works, you just have to work at it a few times with the shorter hair otherwise it is good

Quick customer service, came charged and ready for use which was great. Works really well for the most part except for a couple of shorter stubborn hairs which I got with tweezers but this is definitely more thorough in less time than plucking. I haven't worked out how to release the head yet for cleaning, seems very stiff and I don't want to break it, hence the 4 stars!

I was skeptical how well this would work. I had a lot of fine white hairs along my cheeks and chin. It worked great! I’m really happy with the results.

I received my Pluxy 2 weeks ago and love it!!! I was shaving daily and still had poky hairs on my chin. Poor women when they hit menopause go through so much and added hair where we don’t want it is one of those things. So glad I found the Pluxy as it removes the hair from the root. I have not had to shave daily and look forward to less hair and a smooth, soft skin.

I’ve been using mine for a few weeks now and do find it mostly effective at removing hair in a quick and relatively pain free way. It does seem to struggle with a few tougher hairs so I’m not giving up my tweezers just yet but overall I’m happy. For reference I have generally fair and fine hair with some age/ hormonal related thicker, tougher hairs! I can confirm that this product is shipped from China but this is very common for electricals but note that this has been called out by a number of the reviews. I’ve had no reason to contact customer services yet so can’t comment on that!
