The Pluxy Foot Exfoliator is my favourite piece in the Pluxy Duo. It does a great job of removing rough skin on my heels. The Epil Pro 3 works well but you need to be careful as it can grab skin & leave red marks. I am getting the hang of it & having less mishaps. It does do a good job of removing chin hairs but they have to be long enough for the blades to grab them. Overall better than plucking individual hairs & it leaves my chin feeling quite smooth for several days. The razor is just OK. It does bot give my legs a real close shave. Haven’t tried the Body Epil yet. Overall this is a decent purchase & works as advertised

I was a bit Leary on purchasing this. When it came in and I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. It takes a bit to get use to. You need to take your time and make sure it is positioned correctly.

I have been using the Pluxy again over the last few days after receiving more instructions from Pluxy. I am getting much better results now. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because it takes a few goes to get it right. Pluxy have answered all my questions, so I have to commend them for their after sales care. I am now happy to recommend the product but patience is needed to get it right.

After I wrote a review and giving Pluxy an 1 for their lack of customer service, I heard back from them immediately. They remedied the situation and I did receive my money back. I really appreciate them reaching out and making things right. I'm giving them a 4 because of the delay of finally hearing from them.

Pluxy better than wax! No mess with the pluxy, wax leaves a residue and it hard to clean up, pluxy just rinse under water!

On first try, I was sceptical but once I got the hang of it, I love it! Only thing is it works better on fine hair.

A great product! Yes it’s painful but so is waxing and plucking with tweezers! It takes a bit of effort the first time to get used to it but so much more convenient and quicker than other hair removal. It’s rather noisy though. And the noise can be quite scary when you first turn it on!

I was very skeptical after reading some reviews but I found that Pluxy works for me, however it wasn’t straight forward. It did remove very fine hair easily but I really struggled with thicker stubborn hair especially those located around my neck/chin area. I take medication that is affecting my hair growth so I just did not want to give up and eventually managed to remove all stubborn hair and my face was nice and smooth. Also at one point Pluxy managed to grub my skin but I just think I was incorrectly positioning or pressing too much. I have extremely sensitive skin with rosacea and had no irritation from using Pluxy. Giving it 4 stars just because of the struggle to remove stubborn hair, should it be grubbing these hair easier it would get 5 stars!
