Received it and like it but it quit working after 4 uses. Customer service is very helpful and sending me a new one. Hoping this was a one off and the new one works because I was excited about the results.

First one that arrived didn't work and the replacement took a while to turn up. I think the epilator area is too small and enclosed, and unless you get it at exactly the right angle, it doesn't grab all the hair even if it's long. I had to keep going over the same area, trying various angles but it still didn't grab the shorter ones around my top lip. I think I'll just stick with my regular epilator.
