Ordered after being sucked in by the hype but was very disappointed and returned it within 3 days! I used as directed and it did do a reasonable job at getting the fine hairs with a lot of help from me pulling my skin tight etc, however it left my skin bright red and my upper lip still hasn’t recovered (still red after over a week). For the thicker hairs - which is what I bought the item for in the first place as I have pcos -it did not work at all; literally did not catch a single one! To be fair, the return process was pretty simple however it is entirely at your expense and from the UK costs £20-30 (depending on tracking / signed for options) to send it back to an address in Texas, so you only really end up getting about half your money back. I don’t know if my experience was different because of my pcos but I really wouldn’t recommend it. I actually had a conversation about it with a lady at the post office whilst I was returning it and she was grateful for the information, so I’m passing it on!

I received this as a birthday present as I suffer with a lot of excess hair due to PCOS. I was really excited after seeing positive reviews but unfortunately I am really disappointed. It doesn't do anything for my facial hair at all despite the reviews. I also tried it on the hair growth on my tummy, arms and boob area and although it did eventually remove some random hairs, it took 5 -10 passes trying all different directions to pick them up. Unfortunately I'll be going back to plucking the random hairs and spending a fortune on razors 😢

Been trying to get in touch with Pluxy for weeks the phone numbers lead nowhere and virtually impossible to get in touch with them for a refund Being in England you would think they had an office here working on behalf of Europe Quick enough taking the money Will get in touch with trading standards asap another valuable lesson I’ve learned in future if nothing goes through PayPall i won’t be ordering anything else

I am frustrated that mine already broke after 4 uses. I did like the way it worked, but it vibrates your face so bad. I was just holding mine tight while I used it, the top piece unlatched and the plastic piece that it clips onto broke into tiny pieces. Now the top piece that is the tool won't even stay on so I can use it. For the price of this product, I didn't expect it to break so easily.

Unfortunately, the product did not work for me at all. I emailed for a refund and didn't hear anything for a short while. I got an email asking for a review and as soon as I submitted it with the fact that I hadn't heard from the company I got an email within an hour or so. They supplied the information to return.
