I have been emailing pluxy twice and haven’t gotten a response yet. I would like to get my money back and lack of professionalism is terrible. This product is painful to use and causes a lot of irritation.

I’m sorry but anyone buying this product need look no further than the advert, who would be “plucking” their face with a full set of makeup on, let alone the fact that they really don’t appear to be using said product at all. Fake, fake fake.

This item doesn't work as described. It's not removing the hair at all. I'm still needing to utilize my razor. I'm using the gadget on my face for more than thirty minutes with no results. I'm requesting a refund.
