It takes forever to use and it sucked some of my skin I it. Now I have a big red mark on my face! Throwing it in the garbage. Such a waste of money

Please do not buy this, the ads are very misleading and I am sure the reviews are fake. This device does not remove any type of hair but most annoyingly it will now cost me £25 to return it! I am not happy and will advise people not to purchase from this company. They are responding to my emails but are not willing to help me, they have offered me discounts to keep the product, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK! Why would I want to keep it. They have a centre in the UK but are saying I must send back to California! Not happy at all.

It Is total waste of money

I've been trying to contact customer service via email for several days. There is no response and no information that I can find regarding how to return this product. It does not remove hair and has resulted in scratches under my eyes. I have noted others are having the same issues with customer no service. I was hopeful this company would stand behind their product and return policy. I may report them if I do not heard something shortly.

I ordered 1 device 7 heads. I got attachments and no device. Pluxy customer service inquiries I made were ignored, my review wouldn’t post. Finally someone responded to a FB comment I made. They admitted to misleading advertising and suggested it was ok now because they have changed their Ad, but if I wanted to return it, I had to pay. I refused to pay to return so they offered me a partial refund… after a few more emails and a questions about false advertising and the misleading 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee they refunded me. Way too much of a hassle.

Minus stars. Been told it was delivered, it has not been. Maybe after reading other reviews it is for best. But I want a full refund has I have nothing to show for my money. No item has been delivered to my address. So now I have been sent a photo of a random door that is not my door. Told this is where parcel was delivered too....certainly was not my front door. I think people need to be aware that this company is not good.

Trash. I have a very high pain tolerance. This scratched me and didn't pull any hair. I'm so disappointed. I was hopeful. I want my money back.

I have contacted the email address given to return and receive a refund. I hope I don’t encounter the same problems as some of the other reviewers. I could not get this product to pull even one hair off my face after 30 minutes of trying.
