Waiting to return this product as i am utter disappointed, after being so excited to receive it and hope it worked to help with my excess hair I have been completely deflated and out of pocket. Not happy unfortunately and totally devastated, results looked great and im left utterly disappointed and £50 less.

Do not use if you have sensitive skin. I used mine for the first time last night and have woken this morning with a painful red rash all over the lower part of my face. Will be returning as soon as they respond

Buyer beware! Trying to cancel my order. Just constantly as for my details over and over. I never received any confirmation email. I only have my PayPal details which they just keep saying must be wrong. Pretty sure Elsa is just a bot, so not going to get anywhere with them.

This epilating product didn’t work for me. So naturally, I went to their website to start a return as they say “90-day money back guarantee” and their chat bot gave me a fake return address. It gave me: 1234 Pluxy Lane, California USA. This is obviously fake. So because of this I have major trust issues with this brand. I wouldn’t trust it for the price they are charging. To me it seems they don't wish honor their money back guarantee. I have yet to hear back from them in regard to getting my money back. Don’t buy it. Not even with a coupon.

Substandard device. I bought one that stopped working within a month. It took a very long time to receive a replacement and then that one also stopped working within a month.

Does not remove hair until it is long. Advertisemnt makes it appear that it grabs hair to remove- it does not work that way.
