Pluxy has managed to get rid of some of the finer hairs on my chin and it is as good as waxing. Despite this there have been a few instances where it has sucked in my skin and left it bleeding and sore. It does not seem able to get some of the thicker hairs underneath my chin. I am persevering as I think it has the potential to be really good. It does look terrifying when you first start and very noisy.

I ordered this product on August 9th, and it is now August 28th. I have yet to get any sort of confirmation that my product has shipped. Customer service is not replying to me. They have taken my money and I am concerned that I am being ripped off. Since this post, I have been contacted by Pluxy and was quickly given a refund.

My original review is below. After leaving the review they reached out to me and came up with a workable, less costly solution for me to return the product. That I greatly appreciated. So I raised it from 1 star to 3 stars. But still, I feel they would hot have made it right it I had not posted the negative review. I appreciate them working with me but feel they still have a lot of improvement to implement in their customer service. Original review is below. Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------- I saw the video ad so many times on YouTube and it made it look so good! So, I gave it a try. I was so excited and sure it would work. However, it is not a simple tool to use. Every time I tried, according to the directions in a video tutorial, it seemed to partially cut the hair, not take it from the roots. I tried it several times after also watching a few different videos, so finally decided to just stick with a tweezer. Before purchasing they were always so quick to reply to text and email. No more! They said to email that you want to return the product and wait till you hear from them before returning. I have been waiting and waiting and there is no reply from them. I am truly sorry I made this purchase and will think again before purchasing from a company without a customer service phone number!

It does pull out hair fine ones but long ones still there ,but it also sucked in my skin and left some cuts bit afraid to use it now to be onset

It works No more tweezing or plucking every 3-4 days. It does take getting used to, but worth the time it saves and money.

Don't find it gets all the hairs,especially the stubborn chin ones. Also hurts when it grabs a chunk of my neck loose skin. Ouch. Perhaps I need to get used to it awhile longer. It certainly helps other areas of face.

The first time I used it I was very impressed, however, after having it for about 4 weeks I am disappointed- it doesn’t seem to be working as well and I’ve had to wax to get the results I’m after. It misses hairs and will not extract short ones like waxing does. Not really as advertised so beware!

I doesn’t remove facial hair very well. I have go over certain areas multiple times just for it remove hair, then it is still hit and miss with some hairs.
