This product was very disappointing. I have been using epilators for years and this is probably the poorest design. It does not pull out short thicker hairs. I have to use my smaller Braun one to get out the left overs. I even took off the pink guard to see if I could get closer to the skin for a better catch but it didn’t matter. I think it has something to do with the design. I purchased the 3 pack because was going to give my daughters each one for Christmas I’m rethinking that now.

My Pluxy stopped working after 3 uses. Replied to email looking for review with my issue. Received a responce asking for a short video which I have tried and tried to send without success. Now being told email was blocked. I just want a replacement for a product I was thoroughly impressed with. This shouldn’t be so hard. Why can’t I just speak to someone? Order #203991

I got mine today after 10 days and after I emailed them that I did not receive it yet. I don't think its working on me. I have many tiny facial hair and very stubborn thick chin hair. And when I used Pluxy, I could only get rid of very few tiny hair and when I tried to remove my thick hair on my chin using Pluxy, the epilator got my skin too. But when I released the skin, the thick hair is still there and it was not removed. I had so much of hope and I'm very disappointed

This may work for others but not for me, it doesn't take away all the hair, and had to use tweezers, day after I had prickly hairs growing back. I had a braun eplilater for your face which works much better than this. And cheaper, £49 is a lot of money to pay for something that simply doesn't work like you said it will I have not has any response from you at all,

It's pretty painful. I can get rid of some hairs but I end up tweezing the thicker hairs. It sucks my skin on my chin and cheek, so I have to stretch my skin tightly to avoid the blade from cutting me.

Update 24/08: I have now had a refund issued by the company. Took photos of the item and provided the tracking number to them (incase that helps others looking to return this item). Two stars is solely for better customer service after posting this review. Update 22/08: Have now had an email response and have sent the item back to the US. Now await refund when item is received back. Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this product. Similar to others, I was drawn in by the advertising on socials and purchased this. Again, as with other people, I have found it difficult to use and it is far too easy to nip your skin (especially on your chin, the very place most of us will want to use this device) - resulting in painful and unsightly raw skin. I have used other epilating and hair removal devices before and not had issues like this. Despite having emailed Pluxy twice asking for refund instructions and to return the item, I have had no response. Regret purchase wholeheartedly and another lesson learned not to purchase products from unverified retailers. I am based in the UK so there is the added issue of returning to the US, if I ever get a response from the company.

Terrible product!! Paid £57 for a product that nips my skin and make it very sore. It is also noisy (as other reviewers have pointed out). I have tried using the product 3 times, following the instructions, but each time I have ended up with a sore face, and having to cover it up with make up, if going out. It's been a total waste of my money. I wish I could send it back and get a refund - but it was purchased end of June 2024, so doubt the company would take it back.

Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service was good and the options for refund were available. However, the Pluxy is not exactly as the positive write ups unfortunately. It is aggressive, loud and nips your skin. The customer service did send me a video to watch on how to use it, which I did watch (in the hope it would work better) but it didn´t make any difference. In addition to this it didn´t remove any of the short hairs. I believe it is only good with a "forest" on your face and doesn´t work with short re-growth. I subsequently went and bought the Braun mini hair remover and it is perfect and cheaper. I am sorry that I have to write this review as I was really hoping for a success story after all the positive write ups. It took Pluxy only 3 hours to do a partical refund - 10/10 for their customer service
