Not worth the money! Purchased in Oct 2023 to remove excess hairs on my neck area (harder to see to pluck) and of course, my face and chin. Initially, I thought it worked okay. I cleaned it with the included mini brush each time. But I found that no matter how tautly I pulled my neck and face area it just didn't seem to be removing many hairs. As well, during use, it would grab at my (mostly neck) skin. Extremely painful! When I first used it on my upper lip, I couldn't stand it. My eyes immediately teared up and I had to stop and attempt smaller areas, to work my way up to doing the entire upper lip. It felt like it was pulling at some of the hairs, but upon inspection, there were hardly any removed. I would have to go over and over it multiple times and then barely see any positive results. I continued to try it over the course of the next several weeks, using different holding techniques, tilting the head in other directions, holding it closer to the skin, further away...you get the point. I really wanted this to work for me, to alleviate the need to constantly pluck and/or shave and it Just. Didn't. Work. Seriously, if you're considering purchasing this, read ALL the reviews, including the more negative ones, as they have much more an element of truth to them. Not to disparage any of the users who found it worked for them, but I found most of those reviews to be glossier than actually performance rated. I tend to do a lot of research when shopping online, especially when it involves more money than I might spend at the local store, but after all this, I think I'll go back to my lipstick razor. It did the job without all the pain and discomfort. It also cost much less.

"Pain-free," my eye! It hurts, it pinches my skin no matter how I pull my skin taut, and it doesn't remove all of the hair. I'm still tweezing, so it's a waste of time and money. I want to return it for a refund. Hopefully the company will make that refund work better than the product.

I am a customer who makes sure I know how to use a product. It didn't take the hairs off my face. Will not remove coarse hairs at all. I was careful with using it on chin, & all of a sudden it just jumped & grabbed my bottom lip. off came a small chunk. I grabbed it quickley & I'm lucky I am not at the hospital. It can be dangerous, so just be very careful! I'm returning mine!!

Worst item I have ever received. Does not work and my attempt to contact them failed as they never sent return label! A lot of money for a defective product and international fees on top of that! Don’t waste your money on this scam! $95 down the drain!!!

If I could give less I would. The item is obviously good for some people, however I am not one of them. There is a 90 day return policy as stated on website however what they don't tell you is that it is almost impossible to contact them, when you finally get someone you have to send back to California for this magical refund. Absolutely shocking and should be clearly stated on the website. All it states is that you need to contact them before returning the item. Do not believe the 90 day return at all.

Absolute waste of money! I bought two (one for my daughter and one for me) and we are both in extremely disappointed. It doesn’t remove hairs easily at all, it doesn’t make your skin smooth and it doesn’t last 4 weeks (hairs grow constantly so I knew this USP was rubbish before I bought it). I will return to waxing and honestly can’t stress enough what a waste of money and how mis-leading this product is!

Do not buy if relying on the 6 week return guarantee. They do not answer e mails. They do not refund the money. They then offer you half, you agree and they neither reply or refund. CompNy is a disgrace.

I followed all the directions on how to use this thing. I did not pull my hairs out, but instead pulled my skin into it and ripped my skin. Would not recommend at all. Hoping I can get my money back, but it doesn't sound promising.
