Waste of money and time. Doesn't get the fine hairs at all. But it does suck your skin into the spinning part of the apparatus and that really, really hurts. As well the handle is so long it is hard to maneuver it under your jaw line. So disappointed - was really hoping this was going to be a solution.

I’m with Linda on it being a total waste of money. I’m older with the fine “old lady” facial hair. This glosses right over it with nary a pluck. Jaw line and chin, don’t get me started. No matter how taunt I pull that skin it sucks me in! Ouch! while it leaves the hair behind. The chin remains untouched as well. This would be laughable except that I still have nothing to easily remove facial hair. I will say it does remove the small amount of upper lip hair as that is a bit coarser. Maybe there is something to hair type. I’m blonde with fine hair and this is just a joke for me. Unless you’re 30 something with texture to your hair, look elsewhere.

Do not buy!! I want to return and get a refund and they will not send me the info It is a total scam and it does not work!! It took too many days for them to finally respond You should be able to do your return on their website when you log in to your account Instead you have to send an email and wait for them and after a few back and forth they finally sent me a return label which is all I wanted. It shouldn’t be this hard and it doesn’t work

A total waste of money. Useless at removing my facial hair. I think many of the reviews are fixed especially the first ones you see which all come with accompanying photos. Foolishly I bought 2 pluxy. Such a waste of money. Also costs a lot to return to USA and no guarantee you'd actually get a refund.

This does not work, don't waste your money. If you want to return, you have to pay to return to Texas, which from the UK would have cost more than it's worth. They offered a 30% partial refund, I believe this is the companies usual MO, so they are making money selling an item knowing that the high cost to return will put people off so they offer a discount to deter return and refund. If I could give no stars I would.

I was so excited when purchasing this I bought the whole kit with all the attachments and also the hair leg remover I charged it and tried to use it on my hair under my chin oh my God did it hurt so bad It was not smooth and he's not feel like baby skin I keep thinking maybe I should have read reviews before I bought it extremely disappointed

Hopefully you don’t need to return there customer service is horrible I have been trying to get a hold of someone since 7-2-24. They are terrible for returns
