I absolutely love my Pluxy but it quit working for some reason. I had to contact the company and of course I couldn't find the order number. I sent them a copy of the payment thru PayPal and they figured it out and got my replacement. These people are wonderful! I greatly appreciate their help and quick respone!!

The Pluxy has been the best little hair removal tool EVER! I discovered this tool in 2022 or 2023 and have been using it on my mother at least twice per ever since! I no longer have to use chemicals that could possibly burn my mother's skin or using a razor; which comes with its own set of issues, when eliminating her chin hairs. While my mother has dementia I do my very best to maintain her appearance because her appearance had always been important to her.
