Dont know what all the hype was about - it plain doesnt work, better off with the razor than this thing.

These people replied to my complaint. Said they were a US company and yet REFUSED to give me an email or phone number. This is a complete scam Facebook should be ashamed to have companies like this on its platform. Update: finally I received instructions in the company in Texas and have returned the product. I had to pay shipping. However they are giving me a full $ return. I still believe the product should have had an invoice in the box with instructions on how to get ahold of them for help or to return a product. I am pleased that they at least were able to email me. And I received a full refund. However the email they gave me for support never gave me an address or email and I found it to be of no help.

I purchased the Epil Pro 3.0 and I wish I’d read more of the reviews here beforehand. Whilst I had no issues with the ordering and shipping of the product, I found it not fit for purpose. The website proclaims ‘Enjoy a Lasting Hair-Free and Smooth Face Without Damaging Your Skin’. Sounds great sign me up. I read and reread the instructions, watched videos etc on how to use the device and followed the instructions to the letter. Despite this all it did was strip the skin from my chin and leave all the hair, which I then couldn’t remove with other methods as I had a long open wound, similar to a friction burn or a graze, on my chin. My face is now neither hair free, nor smooth, and my skin is certainly damaged. I went to return the product only to discover that I would have to pay the return shipping fees from the UK to Texas which would cost minimum £30. Admittedly this is mentioned in the refund policy, however it feels a little sneaky it isn’t mentioned during the ordering process too, especially as they’re constantly banging on about it being ‘90 day returns’ etc. I’ve begrudgingly accepted a 30% refund instead as there’s no point getting angry with some poor, underpaid customer service staff member, but I can try and make sure nobody else falls for this.

I went against my better judgement and ignored the bad reviews and ordered a facial epilator recently! Anyway it’s safe to say that all the bad reviews are in fact TRUE! They delivered my order to the completely wrong address! And when I contacted customer service they are absolutely APPALLING they don’t respond and eventually when they do they ask u over and over again for unnecessary information which had already been provided MULTIPLE times before.. I contacted them literally on Instagram and everywhere else and they did not bother or were extremely unhelpful! They just sent me round and round in circles!! I am still in the middle of trying to sort this out with absolutely no luck so far! Let this be a warning this companies customer service is atrocious and to top it off I have no idea where my parcel is either!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE TOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!!!

Received Pluxy Epilator within a few days. Prepped skin as required. Used once and Pluxy Epilator broke on first use and no longer works. Reported and sent photos to Pluxy but heard nothing since. Very disappointed. Happy to give good review if receive replacement that works

I have just received this product, and had high hopes. Could not wait. Believed the hype on social media. Many of the negative reviews are correct. I’m sure the advert said 90 day money back guarantee. I shall be wanting a refund.

I ordered about 3 days ago. Never received any contact back-no order confirmation or order#. I've been on chat for over 4 hours with Elsa & still not getting any answers. I know the order was received because it has come out of my account. I guess I can kiss my money goodbye! Really bad customer support

I purchased 1 Pluxy Epil Pro and have been very satisfied, so much that I ordered one for a friend to try out. The address got messed up and it was returned to the sender. NO one has tried to reach out to me to let me know what is going on. They took my payment and still no product. It has been over 2 weeks now. I have reached out to them with an email but no answer. I love the product, but the customer Service is not so good.
