The device is incredibly helpful for mustache and chin hair. It’s still hurts a bit (I mean you’re pulling hair out of your face) but it is bearable and gets pretty quick results. I couldn’t figure out how to use it for eyebrow shaping because you can only use it right handed it looks like and I would need it on both sides. Also it’s hard to determine how you’re lining it up to pluck the right eyebrow hairs. For me, it’s great because it does save time going to get my lower face hairs plucked, and they grow often. I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t use it well on my eyebrows and was afraid of plucking too much hair. For the cost, I would have liked to see a better way to pluck my eyebrows, but it does work otherwise.

I bought this a while ago so missed the window to return. The design is awful and it just doesn't work. If you misuse it, you will catch your skin which is very unpleasant. I have a bigger epilator for my legs (different make) and it is great. I lost the charging lead and they charged £10 for a new one. It is just a thin usb lead. I used it this morning on my upper lip and, despite one hair being quite long and accessible, I couldn't get it out. I ended up using my tweezers. Don't be fooled by the comments and videos. UPDATE: They did reach out and gave me a partial refund. Be sure to try it out before your trial period runs out.
