I ordered the Pluxy Duo and the large epilator quit after only a few uses. I emailed support and within a day or two my replacement epilator was on the way. They were responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I like a company that stands behind their products!...I also love the epilators which is why I'm happy to be getting a replacement!
