My Pluxy stopped working after a couple of uses. I contacted Pluxy about it and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they sent me a replacement. All i had to do was send a short video showing of it not working. I am very impressed with the quality and speed of customer service. Thank you Pluxy

Wow, this product did everything I expected and more. It took a little bit to get used to the feeling, but once I used it for the second time I was ready! Saves so much time trying to find all the extra chin hairs. Love this product.

I had sent an email to support but never heard back from the company. I made negative comment of their facebook post and got an immediate response from Pluxy. They are replacing my damaged Pluxy with just a verification of my order number and pictures of the damaged product. The shipping of the new one was made immediately!
