I was liery of ordering my wedding gown on line. Lets face it - you are not seeing it in person and sadly there are so many scams out there who knows what you will get. With that said - my experience wtih PS Bridal as far from that! Everything has been perfect. My dress even arrived ONE MONTH early! My dress is perfect. I love everything about it. It was exactly what I thought and more!

Ordering was a breeze. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Dress arrived in perfect condition and my daughter just loved it! I would recommend to everyone. Thank You it was a pleasure!

The staff did everything they could to help me. I changed the colour of the dresses after ordering and the change was facilitated. The dresses were really well made and the finish was beautiful. The only negatives were the dresses did not arrive on the expected date but PSbridal's turnaround was exceptional. It was a problem with the manufacturer.

Everything was seamless and wonderful in the shopping process, received the dress on schedule and the website was easy to manipulate. When inquiring about the arrival of the dress and shipping information, I received no accurate information regarding the expected arrival date (except for the estimated arrival at the warehouse from the distributor, on the website). However, I did receive the dress on time and in great condition so it was not a problem. Thank you!

I shopped local bridal salons as well as online vendors. Nobody came close to the quality and value of my veil. It's beautiful! Double layers of sheer fabric edged with Swarovski crystals. PS Bridal shipped it in perfect condition. It arrived wrapped in white tissue paper.
