I paid the extra 25$ for rush cut and it was shipped 15 days later than it should have. That was the only problem I had. The dress it exactly what I order and was much cheaper here than in store.

The Alfred Angelo dresses were absolutely beautiful and just exactly as described. We ordered on a "super rush cut" of 3-4 weeks and fortunately gave an earlier date for the wedding as the dresses only arrived on that date! There was a hold up by the manufacturers also British Customs took about a week to clear. The communications we had with Plussize Bridal were excellent and they were at all times very helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

The dress was easy to order and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't realize it would take so long to receive my dress. I ordered it with plenty of time and it actually shipped sooner than sad. No complaints just was surprised at the 3 month shipping time.

The website is easy to use, and the customer service is friendly. A little confusing if you have to leave a voicemail. Only complaint is that it takes them months to ship the product.

The staff and service was excellent. They quickly responded to all inquiries, and had excellent follow-up. Staff was pleasant and eager to be helpful. The product was timely delivered and of excellent quality. I will order from them again with great confidence!

If you have time constraints, don't order from here. It took about 3 months to arrive but it was worth the wait. Everything fit great and good quality fabric was used.

Great price. Still waiting on the dress to come in!
