I was very excited to find the exact dress I needed for my sister's wedding, available in many sizes, and much more affordable than the wedding dress shops I had looked in. When placing the order, the shipping information was descibed as "We will ship your order as soon as it is processed." Along with the 3-5 day UPS ground shipping, I assumed I would have the dress in a week or ten days at the most. After ten days, I checked the shipping status on PS Bridal's website and read that the dress would ship FROM THE MANUFACTURER in 2 MORE MONTHS, and would then be forwarded to me. Mere days before the event. I will not have time to have any alterations done, if needed, so I am hoping to contact the company and encourage a rush shipment.

I am fuious, actually. I have called and left messages on a daily basis for the last two weeks and have yet to get a phone call or email back confiming what size was actually ordered. I am NOT a size ZERO and if I was, I certianly would not be ordering a BRIDESMAID dress from `PLUS`size bridal....this site has got one of the WORST online order forms I have ever seen. When....IF my order actually arrives, I am sending it back and demanding my money back...I have never been so furious before in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
