Hello Ms Kelley, We are sorry to hear you are upset with the shipping times. Formal wear takes approximately 10-12 weeks to arrive once ordered. We did check your order and the designers estimated ship date for your order was Sept. 6th. This dress should be on time on its way from the designer to us now. Many companies such as Bill Levkoff offer a 6 week rush cut that you can select when ordering if you need the dress sooner than the standard 12 week delivery. Hello, Please allow approximately 10-12 weeks from time of order for items to ship if you did not order your dress on a rush cut. Your order has an approximate ship date from the designer of April 27th so it should be shipping to you very soon. You should have also received an email with your order with instructions on how to view your ship date when the order was placed. Hello Renee, We would first like to thank you for your order with us. The dress should have looked exactly like the photo because we only sell authentic designger dresses so the photo is actually of the dress you ordered. As far as fit you will need some alterations for a custom fit. It is very rare a bride will put on a wedding dress and it will fit perfectly right out of the box. Sometimes you will have to order a size up to fit either the bust or waist and then take in a bit where it is too large. All of the bridal manufactures know this and make their dresses alterable. Hello Lisa, I just read your review and am sorry you were not happy with the service you received from our company. We do strive to offer the best service possible. With the shipping incident I am sorry they mis shipped the package. We do a very high volume of shipping especially during the spring and summer months and it looks like our shipping dept. made a mistake and did not catch the notes to overnight the dress to you. We are very sorry you did not have a good experience with our company. We try to stock as much lingerie as possible but during the Valentines Day holiday it does take us a few weeks to restock. Our customer service reps try to notify all our customers of back orders in a timely manner and appologize that you did not receive any notifications.
