I had found "THE" dress on another website for $500 but with further searching I discovered PSBridal.com. My dress was there for $324 and by "liking" the company on Facebook I even found a coupon for free standard ground shipping!!! I called before ordering online to see if the dress was in stock and it wasn't, but Dena made quick contact with the manufacture and found that the dress was in stock with them and would ship to PSBridal immediately following my order. Long story short, I ordered my dress Monday and it arrived around noon on Friday! It is a little large, but I ordered that way on purpose. I have already recommended the site to friends! Thank you PSBridal.com!

Excellent customer service. Fantastic prices. Would buy from them for any formal gown needs. Highly recommend them to all people. Exceptionally helpful to have them on my side as a bride.

I have not received my dress yet, but I called before I ordered and the staff was very helpful. They gave me an estimated time frim for receiving the dress on the phone. The dress that I ordered was almost double the price at a local bridal shop, wher I was able to try on the dress.

Just ordered 3 Allure bridsmaid dresses. I had a good experience when I ordered my Allure bridal gown here and decided to also order my bridsmaid dress with PS bridal. They are super accomadating and friendly to work with. Chris is fast and wonderful in answering all my questions through email and ordering through the phone was very smooth and really easy. The dress I loved from Alfred Angelo was from last season, and I was worried it wouldn't be in stock. I left a message (I called after they were closed) and Jeanette called me back promptly the next day to let me know it was. When I called back to order it Jeanette ended up being my rep and she was so sweet! She remembered me and walked me through the process, and the dress ended up being more than $150 off the clearance price in the store. I will absolutely recommend PS Bridal!

When I found PS Bridal I was super Excited! Their prices were lower than the others! Their Customer Service was AWSOME! She answered everyone of my questions! She was Honest with me which the other 2 Bridal places were not! There was not hidden charges as the other Bridal Companies were going to charge! I have not received my dress yet as I just ordered it last week! I have recommened them to the rest of the Bridal Party! Jeanette from Customer service was Awesome she was like a friend you just want to call back to talk to!!Very Friendly!!!A++++++
