I was happy to find plussizebridal.com. I am not plus size, but they have all sizes which was nice. The prices were the best I could find for the bridesmaid dress I ordered for my friends wedding. I called to get specifics about the shipping and arrival date, and the woman I spoke to was very nice, very friendly, and said that I should get it in enough time before the wedding. I hope she is right! I am just waiting now to receive the dress. Thanks! :)

I purchased this dress online after I found out I would be 7 months pregnant for my friend's wedding and my original dress would not fit. I was nervous the color would be off but it matched perfectly. I was unsure what size to get for a non-maternity dress but it fits pretty will (pending some alterations next week). The only disappointing part was the length of the dress. Considering it was 3 sizes bigger than my original dress I thought the length would be longer than it was. But I'll make do. At least its not too small!

I had no problems ordering my dress it was quite possible the easiest online purchase I've ever made. Plus my dress arrived a week before it was suppose to ship to the company! It is exactly the dress I tried on in the boutique but $300 less and free shipping! All I have left to do is get it altered and I'll be walking down the aisle in no time! Oh and order 4 bridesmaids dresses from PS Bridal of course. I had my fears but you have far exceeded my expectations! I have a beautiful DESIGNER BRAND NAME!!! wedding gown at almost half price! I found "THE" dress at a bridal salon here in New Zealand, but was undecided due to the price. However, after a quick look on the internet, I found it at PSBridal (even though I am not a plus size) for less than half the retail price in New Zealand (including converting the price from $US to $NZ and the postage from the US to NZ!!). Initially I was nervous about ordering it on line, but Chris was very patient with me, answering (my many) emails promptly and courteously. Service has been outstanding and I am looking forward to receiving my dress in July.

I bought a corset for my wedding and ordered the wrong size by mistake....called them up and they corrected it right away and rcvd the order wihtin 2 days....Will definatly recommend to eveyone!!!

This set fits perfectly and makes me look and feel very sexy. I did not know a woman my size could possibly look so sexy! I cannot wait for my wedding night to wear it for him!

I placed my order and forgot to include the Promo for free shipping. I sent an email to Customer Service and received a response within 2 hours. They were kind enough to refund the shipping cost and I received my refund within 4 business day. Most companies take up to 2-3 weeks to process refunds so I was pleasantly surprise to see the refund in my account so early. Kudos to Chris and Jeanette for the high level of Customer Service they provided.

I ordered my dress thru PSBridal Online and so far have been more than pleased. Every representative I have interacted with has been so helpful, very good at answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns about ordering such a big purchase over the internet. And on top of that their prices can't be beat. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to any bride!
