Plus PrintersReviews of plusprinters.com

Chris was amazing to work with! We came to him in a pinch to create custom boxes for a very large scale event in a short timeline. He was able to not only make sure our timeline worked, but also provided a product who's quality was so great that through the entire event people were talking about how chic and quality the boxes were. The speed at which we received responses to our [many] questions was remarkable. 10/10 would reccomend!

Chris was very responsive! He was quick and informative. While my coworker communicated with Chris regarding the details of our product being made, I took over when it came to the invoice, payment, shipment tracking, and receiving the final product. All very professional! The product was exactly we asked for, is of extremely high quality (we were pleasantly surprised!) and will work perfectly for our needs. We have had no issues with our order from start to finish.

Just got my order. Honestly they smoked the competition on price, and the process of making my order was simple and human-centric, which was a HUGE advantage over the other sites' processes which felt overly complex and tough to figure out as a newbie. Instead, with Plus Printers, I was able to interface with one person (Chris, my project mgr) and he was able to answer my questions in a clear and simple way. But as with all things, the proof is in the pudding. The finished product is gorgeous. The finish of the boxes are silky smooth and the print quality is excellent and I upgraded (for a great price) to get gold foiled accents and the truth is I'm blown away by the finished product.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their materials are very low quality and they are virtually impossible to get ahold of. I have had multiple issues and it takes so much effort to get someone to respond or answer the phone. They pretend they are in meetings and then never call back. Ron and Joe have been a nightmare to work with and I will definitely not be coming back. I would suggest avoiding at all costs. Do not fall for their pricing or empty promises on quick delivery.

Highly suggest using another company. The boxes are okay quality, usually there is a few issues. The real downside is their customer service. It is absolutely horrible. I have worked with them a few times now and everytime there is an issue they say someone is in a meeting, there is no one there to answer, so and so will call back in an hour, etc. I am constantly being pushed around and there is never a resolution or even a person I can contact about a specific issu.

The whole experience was fantastic. The sales support we received from Chris Martin was extremely helpful and professional. The price was competitive, the lead time was great, and the received quality of the boxes was superb.

The team was fast and helpful at every turn!

The boxes I ordered came out AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them. They were everything I wanted and more. Completely customized and perfect for the idea I had. Adam was a terrific representative! He was helpful every step of the way, asking creative questions and answering all of mine.
