I’ve been taking CBD gold softgel capsules for several months now. I began taking for chronic neck and shoulder pain and I believe it has helped tremendously. The benefits are not immediate but I noticed after a couple of weeks that pain was much less. After taking for a few months, I even experimented and stopped taking for a few weeks and noticed the pain did come back. I take much less ibuprofen and muscle relaxer now than without CBD.

The CBD capsules have really helped with my day to day aches and pains. Example after riding my bike or any hard gym workout. I take a CBD capsule.
