Was not told ahead of time that on line credit card processing would be in a foreign country. I would have waited and call direct an placed an order

I had done some comparison shopping so I was pleased with Plus CBD Oil's sale price. However, when I went to use an online coupon, the sale price reverted back to the original price and then the coupon was deducted. That was kind of a ripoff since there was no indication on the website or the coupon that it could only be used on full price items. You should make that clear to customers.
