Working with Renee and Kristy was a breeze! The ring design process went so smoothly and the communication was incredible. I was a bit intimidated by the process and Renee answered all my questions and helped me figure out how to narrow down which diamond I wanted. I love that this is a female owned business and sustainable business, I connected with Plum diamonds instantly compared to other online sites and in person retailers we visited. I would recommend anyone to use Plum diamonds.

We ordered a ring...it was really beautiful. But after a short period of time, I was concerned about how the prongs laid...so i asked Renee if i could change the setting. " NO PROBLEM" she said. They paid for the shipping back to them ( which is unheard of) changed the setting to double prongs and I just got it back last week. I am so happy with how it turned out. I am in love ❤️ 😍 truly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!!! Thank you Plum Diamonds!! Ive already told a few friends where to find the ring of their dreams :) Terri Strayhorn

My experience with Plum Diamonds was more satisfying than I ever imagined. They were very professional throughout the whole process and worked very fast. They replied to emails very fast and were able to make the exact bands that my fiancé wanted. I’m very happy that I found Plum to create my finances engagement ring and wedding bands!
